All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and cover administrative time and planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you cancel more than 2 days<\/em> before the scheduled shoot, you may receive a partial refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion. If you cancel within 1 day<\/em>, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clients may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 5 days<\/em> before the original shoot date. Reschedules within shorter notice may result in additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No refunds or credits will be given if the client fails to show up at the scheduled time or location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are unsatisfied with your photos, contact us within 30 days<\/em> after delivery. We\u2019ll evaluate your concerns and work toward a fair resolution, which may include editing changes, re-shoot time (where feasible), or Partial\/Full refund.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
