At MS Enterprise Photography, we strive to deliver great service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our approach to deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and cover administrative time and planning.
2. Cancellations by Client
If you cancel more than 2 days before the scheduled shoot, you may receive a partial refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion. If you cancel within 1 day, no refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 5 days before the original shoot date. Reschedules within shorter notice may result in additional fees.
4. No Shows
No refunds or credits will be given if the client fails to show up at the scheduled time or location.
5. Service Issues
If you are unsatisfied with your photos, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We’ll evaluate your concerns and work toward a fair resolution, which may include editing changes, re-shoot time (where feasible), or Partial/Full refund.
