1. Services
We provide professional photography services including weddings, portraits, and events. Specific details of each service (scope, date, duration) are outlined in your individual proposal or contract.
2. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule are detailed in your invoice.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received by the date specified in your contract. We reserve the right to withhold photos until full payment is received.
4. Copyright & Usage Rights
All original images remain the property of MS Enterprise Photography. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use or resale of the images without written permission is prohibited.
5. Delivery
Final images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract. Delivery method (online gallery, USB, etc.) will also be agreed in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to locations, necessary permissions, and cooperation required for the shoot. Delays caused by client actions may affect coverage and delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of a technical failure, loss, or damage, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
